Construction Loan Administrator Assistant

Senior Credit Analyst
Collects and analyzes credit information for lending officers and lending committees in order to facilitate lending decisions. This position requires considerable interaction with all levels of lending staff and the potential for extensive client interaction.  View full description

Loan Review
Review collateral and accounting records of prospective and existing customers to determine the validity, the quality and the quantity of the collateral supporting the Banks loans. Evaluate the capabilities of the customer’s accounting systems to determine if they properly and accurately produce collateral and financial information. These lending relationships range from small to very complex. Measure compliance to federal lending regulations, loan agreements, loan policy and from that analysis assign a risk rating. Should be able to handle most complex new and existing accounts such as problem accounts, workouts, etc. Prepare exam reports describing findings and review with Executive Management, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors.  View full description
